This is a class that anyone can join from beginners to those who want to deepen their practice. Vanda Scaravelli inspired an approach to Yoga that encourages you to ‘undo the doing’, to relax and move ‘without the slightest effort’.
In this class we pay attention to the breath, to the connection to the ground, to alignment of the spine and flow of energy in the body. Annie has 3 decades of experience in integrating new (and creaky!) students into the class. She is Principal of the Shiatsu College Hastings and has created the Yoga teacher training course held at the studio training a new generation of yoga teachers according to the philosophy of Scaravelli.
