Jessica’s classes involve varied and creative sequences with each posture flowing smoothly into the next. The movements of the body follow and synchronise with each breath. Breath awareness cues are given throughout helping to draw your focus inwards, which both centres and quietens the mind. Sequences are built around themes, changing each week. The dynamic flow will slowly wind down into an extended guided relaxation and then meditation. The combination of flow and relaxation will leave you recharged and calm.
This class is suitable for those fairly new to yoga and those who wish to further develop their practice.
